الملخص
الملخص يكشف المقال عن ماهية التسجيل السمعي البصري للطفل ضحية الإعتداءات الجنسية وأغراضه و الشروط التي تحكمه في التشريع الجزائري ومقاربته مع الأحكام التي تنظمه في التشريع الفرنسي. تهدف الدراسة لتقييم فعالية هذا الإجراء في حماية الأطفال من الآثار والعواقب الضارة الناجمة عن الجرائم ذات الطابع الجنسي و إبراز أهميته في مجال الإثبات والإحاطة بظروف الجريمة خلال الإجراءات القضائية. يخلص البحث إلى أن التسجيل السمعي البصري يعد تقنية مهمة في مجال البحث و التحري تجسد تكييف الإجراءات القضائية مع خصوصية الأحداث وإحتياجاتهم الخاصة. abstract: The article reveals the nature of the audiovisual recording of the child victim in the crimes of sexual assault, in addition to defining its purposes and the conditions that govern it in the Algerian legislation and its approach with the provisions that regulate it in the French legislation. The study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of this procedure in protecting children from the harmful effects and consequences resulting from sexual crimes, highlighting its importance in the field of evidence and understanding the circumstances of the crime during judicial procedures. The research concludes that audiovisual recording is an important technique in the field of research and investigation that embodies the adaptation of judicial procedures to the privacy of juveniles and their special needs.
