ثقافة التعايش السلمي في فكر الأمير عبد القادر الجزائري،

الملخص
يعتبر الأمير عبد القادر من أهم الشخصيات في تاريخ الجزائر الحديث أسس لفكر إنساني ذي بعد محلي وعالمي كان له أثر داخلي وخارجي بقيمه الإنسانية المبنية على التسامح الديني وحوار الحضارات والتعايش السلمي، وبرزت قيمه من خلال سياساته ففي تنظيم الجيش أدخل العنصر الأجنبي ووضع أسس للتعايش بين الجنود، وفي العلاقات بدول الجوار كان مسالما مع القبائل المغربية الحدودية، وفي منفاه بالمشرق واصل الأمير مسار تثبيت التعايش السلمي وأبدى روح التسامح في مساعيه في أحداث سوريا سنة 1860، في الفتنة الدينية بين المسيحيين والمسلمين وتدخل لوقف المجازر وإنقاذ الأرواح منهم القناصل الأوروبيين كقنصل فرنسا وروسيا وأمريكا واليونان وأعضاء البعثات الدينية وبذلك مثل رمزا للتعايش السلمي والتسامح الديني وكذلك مساعيه وجهوده الريادية في المشروع العالمي المتعلق بشق قناة السويس، وبذلك فالأمير شخصية عالمية تجاوزت البعد المحلي بفكره الإنساني العالمي والذي نحاول اليوم إستنساخه من الغرب. Emir Abdelkader is considered one of the most important figures in the modern history of Algeria. He founded a humanitarian thought with a local and global dimension that had an internal and external impact with his humanitarian values based on religious tolerance, dialogue between civilizations, and peaceful coexistence. His values emerged through his policies. In organizing the army, he introduced the foreign element and laid the foundations for coexistence between soldiers. In relations with neighboring countries, he was peaceful with the Moroccan border tribes In his exile in the Levant, the prince continued the path of establishing peaceful coexistence and expressed the spirit of tolerance in his efforts in the events of Syria in 1860, in the religious strife between Christians and Muslims, and intervened to stop the massacres and save lives, including European consuls such as the consuls of France, Russia, America, Greece and members of religious missions, and thus he represented a symbol of peaceful coexistence and religious tolerance, as well as his pioneering efforts and endeavors in the global project related to digging the Suez Canal Thus, the prince is a global figure who transcended the local dimension with his global human thought, which we are trying today to replicate in the West.
