Abstract

This study aims to identify small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and highlight their importance as well as the most important institutions created in Algeria in order to pay attention to them, as the latter attached great importance to this type of institutions through the development of a group of devices to establish and support them so that they can play the developmental role expected of them at the level of the national economy
