تناول البحث الهجرة غير الشرعية الإقليمية نحو الجزائر. مركزًا على التحولات االبنيوية الإقليمية المتسارعة. و فكك المقاربات القانونية والأمنية الرسمية.ليُبرز التداخل بين الأمن،القانون، والهشاشة البنيوية في المناطق الحدودية ، ثم يركز على مهاجري النيجر كنموذج تطبيقي. ويقترح قراءة نقدية لفهم ظاهرة الهجرة الإقليمية . This study examines irregular migration into Algeria within its broader regional context, focusing on the accelerating legal and structural transformations. It analyzes how the shifting dynamics of the Sahel–Sahara region are reshaping migration patterns and trajectories. The research deconstructs official legal frameworks, exposing their limitations in addressing complex realities. It highlights the interplay between security, law, and structural fragility in Algeria’s border zones. Ultimately, it proposes a critical lens for understanding the multilayered nature of regional migration.
