الملخص
باللغة العربية: عمدت السلطات الجزائرية لاصدار قانون التعبئة العامة من أجل تعزيز القدرات الدفاعية للبلاد ورفع مستوى القوات المسلحة من خلال تسخير الموارد البشرية، المادية والخدماتية ووضع اجراءات وتدابير مسبقة لحماية البلاد من كل عدوان أو تهديدات قد تمس أمن وسلامة مؤسساتها وإقليمها. Abstract: The Algerian authorities began issuing the General Mobilization Law with the aim of strengthening the country's defense capabilities and raising the level of the armed forces by harnessing human, material and service resources and establishing advance procedures and measures to protect the country from any aggression or threats that may affect the security and safety of its institutions and territories.
