Abstract

International adjudication is one of the legal guarantees that encourage the attraction of foreign investments, especially within the framework of international administrative contracts. The Adjudication provides a mechanism that ensures balance between the contracting parties through the efficiency, impartiality, and speed of its procedures. يعد التحكيم الدولي أحد الضمانات القانونية لجذب الاستثمارات الأجنبيّة، لاسيما في اطار العقود الادارية الدولية. فالتحكيم آلية تضمن التوازن بين الأطراف المتعاقدة من خلال كفاءة ونزاهة وسرعة الاجراءات.
