Abstract
Electronic journalism has played a crucial role in the rapid dissemination of news. In the age of modern technology, the media landscape has become a prominent topic of public discussion due to the vast amount of news being circulated, attracting both supporters and skeptics. Amid this information overload, the challenge of balancing media credibility with legal accountability has emerged, particularly regarding the freedoms and limitations of journalistic practices in reporting news and the extent of verification before it is presented to the public. This issue will be examined in this research paper. لعبت الصحافة الإلكترونية دورا مهما في نشر الاخبار بوتيرة سريعة، حيث أنه في عصر التكنولوجيا الحديثة أصبح المشهد الاعلامي يتصدر حديث العامة من الناس نظرا للكم الهائل من الأخبار المتداولة، بين مؤيد ومكذب لها، وفي هذا الزخم المعلوماتي ظهرت إشكالية التوازن بين المصداقية الاعلامية والمساءلة القانونية بين حرية وحدود الممارسة الإعلامية في نقل الأخبار ومدى تدقيقها قبل طرحها للرأي العام، وهذا ما ستتم دراسته خلال هاته الورقة البحثية.
