Abstract Contemporary technological innovations have produced a new generation characterized by advanced learning capabilities and performance, embodied in artificial intelligence, which has come to dominate developments within the digital sphere. It has rapidly and profoundly integrated into various aspects of human life, becoming a key tool upon which individuals rely in their daily activities and in solving complex problems. This reliance has extended into the legal domain, particularly in the conclusion of contracts, where artificial intelligence has begun to reshape traditional methods. Intelligent systems now participate in the preparatory stages of contracting, including negotiation processes conducted through AI technologies, thereby assuming a role in expressing will. This evolution introduces a significant intersection between technology and law, raising questions about their mutual influence. It particularly affects the general principles governing contract theory, especially regarding the ability of artificial intelligence to negotiate and conclude contracts either as an independent contracting party or in the capacity of an intelligent agent.
