الملخص

هدفت هذه الدراسة الى الكشف عن الصعوبات التي تواجه مستشاري التوجيه والارشاد المدرسي من وجهة نظرهم، وأجريت الدراسة على عينة مكونة من (35) مستشارا تربويا، ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي لملائمته لطبيعة الموضوع، وتم جمع البيانات باستخدام استبيان مبني من طرف الباحثة، وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن مستشار التوجيه والإرشاد المدرسي يواجه صعوبات متعددة وبنسب متفاوتة، توزعت على صعوبات متعلقة بالإدارة والتجهيزات، وصعوبات مرتبطة بالتلاميذ، وأخرى متعلقة بالمعلمين، إضافة إلى صعوبات مرتبطة بالجانب المهني. This study aimed to identify the difficulties faced by school guidance and counseling counselors from their own perspectives. The study was conducted on a sample consisting of (35) educational counselors. To achieve the objectives of the study, the descriptive approach was adopted due to its suitability to the nature of the topic. Data were collected using a questionnaire designed by the researcher. The results of the study revealed that school guidance and counseling counselors face multiple difficulties with varying degrees, which were distributed across difficulties related to administration and facilities, difficulties associated with students, others related to teachers, In addition to difficulties related to the professional aspect
