Abstract: This study aims to conduct a critical sociological analysis of kindergarten practices, based on Bourdieu's theories on cultural capital and Bernstein's on pedagogical classification. It adopted the descriptive-analytical method on a sample of (30) educational practitioners. Statistical processing revealed a structural paradox; while 84% possess medium professional experience, the evaluation of practices recorded a negative rate of 42%. It also showed the dominance of academic education (33.33%) over free play (13.33%), reflecting a practice of "symbolic violence" against the child's developmental nature. The study concludes with the necessity of reframing practices according to a participatory approach that recognizes the child as a social actor, to ensure sound socialization that transcends the structural stagnation and rigid professional identities prevalent in the current educational field
