Abstract
This study aimed to determine the level of impact of high inclusion management and organizational creativity in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation Ouargla, to determine the relationship between the dimensions of high inclusion management (functional integration, training, motivation, compensation and technological support for work) and organizational creativity, To achieve the objectives of the study, the analytical descriptive approach was relied upon, and the questionnaire as a data collection tool, The questionnaire was distributed to a sample of 61 employees based on the simple random sampling method, To analyze this data, the SPSS program was used, After conducting the necessary statistical analyzes, the study reached a number of results, the most important of which are: There is a high level of high containment management and organizational creativity in the institution under study, there is an effect of the high containment management dimension (functional integration) on organizational creativity and there are no statistically significant differences for organizational creativity in the Algerian Electricity and Gas Distribution Corporation (Sonelgaz) and Ouargla due to personal and functional variables ( gender, age, educational level, job position and years of seniority
