Organizational Knowledge Management And Its Relationship To Organizational Sustainability (a Study On A Sample Of Workers At The Electricity And Gas Distribution Company In The Municipality Of Aflou)

Abstract

Abstract: This study sought to identify the relationship between organizational knowledge management and organizational sustainability, as well as the differences in the level of organizational knowledge management according to the variable of professional experience among a sample of workers at the Electricity and Gas Distribution Company in the municipality of Aflou. To test its hypotheses, the researchers adopted the descriptive-correlational method and used a questionnaire distributed to (80) workers selected through stratified random sampling. The study concluded that there is a statistically significant correlation between organizational knowledge management and organizational sustainability, and that there are no statistically significant differences in the level of organizational knowledge management attributable to professional experience among the study sample. الملخص: سعت هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد العلاقة بين إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية والاستدامة التنظيمية، وكذلك الاختلافات في مستوى إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية وفقًا لمتغيرالخبرة المهنية عند عينة من العاملين في شركة توزيع الكهرباء والغاز في بلدية أفلو. لاختبار فرضياتها، اعتمد الباحثون على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي واستخدموا استبيانًا تم توزيعه على (80) عاملًا تم اختيارهم من خلال العينة العشوائية الطبقية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى وجود علاقة ذات دلالة إحصائية بين إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية والاستدامة التنظيمية، وأنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى إدارة المعرفة التنظيمية تُعزى إلى الخبرة المهنية عند عينة الدراسة.
