Digital Skills And Attitudes Towards Digital Transformation As An Indicator Of Digital Readiness For Health Sector Employees - A Quantitative Study On A Sample Of Health Professionals In Adrar

Abstract

This study aimed to assess the digital readiness of health sector employees in Adrar province, by measuring their digital skills and their attitude towards the digital transformation of their sector. The number of employees included in the study was 103 employees as a sample of the study population. Data were collected by a questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis using the statistical program JASP 0.19.3. The results of the study showed that health sector employees in Adrar province are digitally ready based on the good level of their digital skills and their positive attitude towards digital health, and that digital skills and attitude are related to each other and have a significant positive impact on the digital readiness of the sector’s employees. هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى تقييم مدى الجاهزية الرقمية لموظفي القطاع الصحي لولاية أدرار، من خلال قياس مهاراتهم الرقمية و كذا موقفهم تجاه التحول الرقمي لقطاعهم، كان عدد الموظفين المشمولين بالدراسة 103 موظف كعينة من مجتمع الدراسة بولاية أدرار، جمعت البيانات بواسطة إستبيان، و حللت بالإعتماد على تحليل الإنحدار الخطي المتعدد باستخدام البرنامج الإحصائي JASP 0.19.3. أظهرت النتائج أن موظفي القطاع الصحي بالولاية جاهزون رقميا بناء على المستوى الجيد لمهاراتهم الرقمية و موقفهم الإيجابي من الصحة الرقمية، و أن المهارات الرقمية و الموقف مرتبطان فيما بينهما و يؤثران بشكل إيجابي كبير على الجاهزية الرقمية لموظفي القطاع
