إشكالية تعدّد مناهج واتجاهات البحث في اللسانيات الجنائية عند اللغويين العرب وحلولها

الملخص
مرّت اللسانيات الجنائية كغيرها من العلوم البينيّة بمراحل تطوّرية أرست لها تكاملا منهجيا وتطبيقيّا مع ميدان القانون والقضاء عند الغرب، خاصة فيما تعلق بالتحقيقات في الجرائم التي تكون اللغة أحد أركـان وقائعها، مقابل ذلك يتبدّى قصور واضـح في راهن التــعامل مع مناهجــها وتطبيقاتها عربيًّا رغم عديد الدراسات التي يتزايد عددها في السنوات الأخيرة، ما يجعل تشخيص أزمة التلقي والتطبيق المنهجي والميداني لهذا العلم والبحث عن حلول ناجعة تفعِّل بحوثه وتطبيقاته الميدانية في العالم العربي ضرورة حتمية لدى الخبراء والباحثين العرب، وهو ما يتغيّاه هذا البحث من خلال وصف وتحليل أبرز الدراسات التي تناولت هذا الحقل في العالم العربي تاريخيا وموضوعيا آنيًّا، وأزمة تعدد الاتجاهات المنهجية التي طبعتها، ومحاولة تقديم حلول حاسمة لتفعيل دور هذا العلم في الوطن العربي والاستفادة القصوى من تطبيقاته في مختلف قضايا جهاز العدالة. Abstract: Forensic linguistics, like other interdisciplinary sciences, has gone through developmental stages that have made its applications and integrations with the field of law and the judiciary constantly advance in the West, especially with regard to investigations into crimes in which language is one of the pillars of their facts. In contrast, there is a clear deficiency in the current approach to its methods and applications in the Arab world, despite the many studies whose number has been increasing in recent years Which makes diagnosing the crisis of reception and the systematic and field application of this science and searching for effective solutions that activate its research and field applications in the Arab world an inevitable necessity for Arab experts and researchers, which is what this research seeks by describing and analyzing the most prominent studies that dealt with this field in the Arab world historically and objectively in real time, and the crisis of the multiplicity of methodological trends that characterized it And trying to provide decisive solutions to activate the role of this science in the Arab world and make the most of its applications in various issues of the justice system.
