تكوين المترجمين في الجامعات الجزائرية

الملخص
الملخص: يهدف التكوين الجامعي في الترجمة إلى تلقين الطلبة كفاءات لغوية وفكرية تؤهلهم لتلبية متطلبات سوق العمل . وفي هذا السياق، تطرح إشكالية الآتية: إلى أي مدى يعد البرنامج البيداغوجي المعتمد في الجامعات الجزائرية ملائما لضمان تكوين أكاديمي متكامل في الترجمة؟ تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى تحقيق مجموعة من الأهداف ، تتمثل أهمها في تحليل طبيعة البرامج البيداغوجية المعتمدة في أقسام الترجمة ،ورصد مواطن القوة والقصور في التكوين الأكاديمي للمترجم. ولتحقيق هذه الأهداف اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، مدعوما بدراسة ميدانية حيث تبنيت جامعة تلمسان نموذجا للدراسة بحكم الانتماء المؤسسي. كما تمثلت أدوات البحث في تحليل مضامين البرامج البيداغوجية والمقاييس المعتمدة أثنا ء المسار الدراسي. يكتسي هذا البحث أهمية علمية وبيداغوجية كونه يسهم في دراسة واقع تعليم الترجمة في الجامعات الجزائرية. وقد أفضت هذه الدراسة إلى نتائج أولية مفادها أن التكوين الجامعي في الترجمة ،رغم نهوضه على أرضية نظرية معتبره ، لا يزال في حاجة إلى مزيد من التكييف مع متطلبات سوق العمل. Abstract University training in translation aims to equip students with linguistic and intellectual competencies that enable them to meet labor market demands. In this context, the study raises the following question: To what extent is the pedagogical program adopted in Algerian universities suitable for ensuring comprehensive academic training in translation? The study seeks to analyze the pedagogical programs implemented in translation departments and to identify strengths and shortcomings in translator training. It adopts a descriptive-analytical approach, supported by a field study, with the University of Tlemcen selected as a case study. The research relies on analyzing the content of pedagogical programs and courses offered throughout the academic path. This study is of both scientific and pedagogical importance, as it examines the current state of translation education in Algerian universities. The findings indicate that, although university translation training is grounded in a solid theoretical framework, it still requires further adaptation to labor market needs.
