Reference Documentation In Scientific Research: Legal And Academic Requirements Under Algerian Ministerial Regulations

Abstract
Abstract The idea of handling and documenting information according to sound scientific standards is one of the important aspects for ensuring the quality of scientific research. In fact, it is among the positive elements that sustain thinking and the development of the scientific field. There is neither wisdom nor courage in obtaining a certificate or academic degree by plagiarizing the ideas of others. It is also essential to adhere to proper research conduct and its rules in any academic research without distortion, falsification, or theft. Therefore, in this study, we will attempt to clarify the concept in relation to the ethics of the scientific researcher and examine the most important regulations included in Ministerial Decree No. 1082 of the year 2020. ملخص: إن فكرة التعامل بالمعلومات وتوثيقها وفق ضوابط علمية سليمة من الأمور المهمة لضمان جودة البحث العلمي، بل هي من إيجابيات استمرار التفكير وتطوير الحقل العلمي، فلا حكمة ولا شجاعة في الحصول على شهادة ودرجة علمية عن طريق انتحال أفكار الآخرين، كذلك من الأهمية الالتزام بسلوك العمل البحثي السليم وقواعده في أي بحث أكاديمي دون أي تشويه أو تحريف أو سرقة، لهذا سنحاول في هذه الدراسة توضيح الفكرة من جانب ارتباطها بأخلاقيات الباحث العلمي والوقوف عند أهم الضوابط المضمنة في القرار الوزاري رقم 1082 لسنة 2020.
