Algerian-turkish Perceptions Of Africa

Abstract
Abstract This research paper attempts to explore the convergence of development visions and strategies toward Africa by highlighting Algeria's efforts as a regional power within its African sphere, and Turkey's role as a new player in Africa seeking a foothold among emerging actors on the continent. The study also aims to clarify Turkey's outcomes in deepening relations with African countries, given their geostrategic importance globally. Furthermore, the study provides a detailed comparison of the development strategies of both Algeria and Turkey regarding African-focused issues. تحاول الورقة البحث في التقارب من حيث الرؤى والاستراتيجيات التنموية اتجاه إفريقيا من خلال إبراز جهود الجزائر كدولة إقليمية في فضائها الإقليمي الإفريقي، وتركيا بصفتها لاعب جديد في إفريقيا يبحث عن موطئ قدم له ضمن فاعلين جدد في القارة الإفريقية،كما تهدف الدراسة إلى إيضاح مخرجات تركيا في تعميق العلاقات مع الدول الإفريقية نظرا لأهميتها الجيواستراتيجية في العالم. وتفصل الدراسة في مقارنة استراتيجيات كل من الجزائر وتركيا اتجاه قضايا التنمية الموجهة نحو إفريقيا.
