This study aims to shed light on the reality of thermal tourism in Algeria by identifying the various indicators adopted for classifying thermal springs, as well as highlighting the most important therapeutic properties of their spring waters, which have made them a destination for thermal tourists. It was concluded that thermal tourism in Algeria has not yet reached the required level, as evidenced by the fact that most thermal springs remain under-exploited.
