الملخص
شهدت الجزائر في السنوات الأخيرة ظهور وتطبيق برامج التربية العلاجية للمريض (ETP) بشكل ملحوظ بهدف دعم الأشخاص المصابين بأمراض مزمنة في تجربة مرضهم والحد من عدم الالتزام بالعلاجات، والحد من حدوث المضاعفات وتحسين نوعية الحياة للمرضى. ومن بين هذه البرامج تلك الموّجهة لمرضى داء السكري نظرا لتزايد أعدادهم في المجتمع. الهدف منها هو نقل المهارات (مهارات الرعاية الذاتية ومهارات التكيّف) إلى المرضى بداء السكري. ويُعدّ تخصص علم النفس الصحة من أحدث النماذج التي تستجيب للتحديات المجتمعية كونه يسمح بتطوير مختلف التدخلات وتحسين أنظمة الرعاية الصحية، من خلال النماذج والنظريات العلمية التي يزخر بها. يهدف المقال لمعرفة لأهم التقنيات والتدخلات العلاجية من مختلف الأطر النظرية لتخصص علم النفس الصحة في مجال التربية العلاجية الموجهة لمرضى داء السكري, للوصول إلى النتيجة المرغوبة وهي تحسين الحالة النفسية والانفعالية والجسدية للمصاب من أجل التزام أفضل اتجاه المرض. Abstract: In recent years, Algeria has witnessed the emergence and implementation of therapeutic education programs (ETP) significantly with the aim of supporting people with chronic diseases in their disease experience and reducing non-adherence to treatments. Reducing the incidence of complications and improving the quality of life for patients. Among these programs are those directed to patients with diabetes due to their increasing numbers in society. Its aim is to transfer skills (self-care skills and coping skills) to patients with diabetes. This specialty is considered one of the latest models that respond to societal challenges, as it allows the development of various interventions and improvement of health care systems, through the scientific models and theories that it harnesses. The article aims to know the most important techniques and therapeutic interventions from various theoretical frameworks of the specialty of health psychology in the field of therapeutic education directed to patients with diabetes to achieve the desired result, which is to improve the psychological, emotional and physical condition of the infected person in order to better adhere to the disease
