Justification Of Disciplinary Decisions According To The Tunisian Administrative Court

Abstract

The justification of disciplinary decisions is one of the mechanisms for ensuring administrative transparency. Justification contributes to improving the quality of administrative work and enhancing the relationship between the administration and its stakeholders. It also enables the affected party to exercise their right to defense and their right to appeal. For the judge, justification facilitates their work and enabling them to exercise effective judicial review of the contested administrative decision.
