Parental Investment In The Adolescent Schooling Process

Abstract
This scientific study investigates the various forms of parental investment exhibited by parents of middle school students. The research sample comprised 25 parents, both mothers and fathers, selected from 20 middle schools located in the city of Guelma. Data collection was conducted through observational methods and semi-structured interviews directed at the parents. The findings of this study reveal multiple forms of parental investment within the educational process, including: regular communication with the school, assistance provided to children with their homework, the establishment of a supportive and conducive home learning environment, consistent monitoring of children’s progress, expressed satisfaction with academic outcomes, application of pressure on children to achieve academically, and engagement in private tutoring services. يهدف هذا البحث العلمي إلى محاولة التعرف على مظاهر الاستثمار الوالدي عند الأولياء الأمور تلاميذ مرحلة المتوسط، من خلال عينة دراسة شملت 25 ولي أمر أم وأب، تم رصدهم من 20 متوسطة في مدينة قالمة، وتم اعتماد كل من الملاحظة والمقابلة النصف موجهة لجمع البيانات موجه لأولياء الأمور (الوالدين)، من خلال هذا العمل توصلنا لنتائج دراسة التي تقول أن مظاهر الاستثمار الوالدي في عملية التمدرس هم: التواصل مع المدرسة، المساعدة في أداء الواجبات المدرسية، توفير بيئة داعمة في المنزل، الرقابة على الأبناء، الرضا عن النتائج الدراسية للأبناء، الضغوطات الممارسة على الأبناء المتعلقة بالتحصيل الدراسي، الدروس الخصوصية.
