Faculty Perspectives On Distance Education Obstacles At Oum El-bouaghi And Batna 1 Universities

Abstract

This study aims to identify the Faculty Perspectives on Distance Education Obstacles at Oum El-Bouaghi and Batna1 Universities ,we adopted the descriptive methodology, A questionnaire designed for this purpose, consisting of three factors (obstacles related to administrative and technical conditions, obstacles related to the professor, and obstacles related to the student), after verifying its psychometric properties, to a sample of 269 professors. A total of 123 questionnaires were retrieved. The study results indicated that the obstacles to distance education, in order of significance from the sample's perspective, are: obstacles related to the student, obstacles related to administrative and technical conditions, obstacles related to the professor, This order was corroborated by the arithmetic mean تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحديد وجهات نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس حول معوقات التعليم عن بُعد في جامعتي أم البواقي وباتنة1. ولتحقيق ذلك اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي، وقد تم تصميم استبيان لهذا الغرض، يتألف من ثلاثة عوامل (معوقات تتعلق بالظروف الإدارية والفنية، ومعوقات تتعلق بالأستاذ، ومعوقات تتعلق بالطالب) وبعد التحقق من خصائصه السيكومترية تم توزيعه على عينة من 269 أستاذًا، وتم استرداد 123 استبيانًا. وتوصلت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن معوقات التعليم عن بُعد، مرتبة حسب أهميتها من وجهة نظر العينة كالتالي: المعوقات المتعلقة بالطالب، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالظروف الإدارية والفنية، ثم المعوقات المتعلقة بالأستاذ. وقد أكد المتوسط الحسابي هذا الترتيب.
