أثر تصميم المناهج و إدارة الفصول الافتراضية على تحفيز الطلبة للمشاركة الفعالة في منصات التعليم عن بعد

الملخص
تهدف الدراسة إلى معرفة أثر تصميم المناهج وإدارة الفصول الافتراضية على تحفيز الطلبة للمشاركة الفعالة في منصات التعليم عن بعد، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي، باستخدام استبيانات تم توزيعها على عينة من 155 أستاذ، تم تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج SPSS V22 ، حيث أظهرت النتائج أن التكامل بين تصميم المناهج و إدارة الفصول الافتراضية يؤثر على تحفيز الطلبة للمشاركة الفعالة في منصات التعليم عن بعد بكلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة الحاج لخضر –باتنة 1-. كما تبين أيضا أن استخدام أدوات التفاعل في الفصول الافتراضية يؤثر على تحفيز الطلبة للمشاركة الفعالة في منصات التعليم عن بعد بكلية العلوم الإنسانية و الاجتماعية بجامعة الحاج لخضر –باتنة 1-، خلصت الدراسة إلى أهمية تحسين تصميم المناهج، أدوات التفاعل، إدارة الفصول الافتراضية لتحفيز الطلبة و زيادة مشاركتهم في التعلم عن بعد. The study aims to determine the impact of curriculum design and virtual classroom management on motivating students to actively participate in distance learning platforms. The study adopted a descriptive approach, using questionnaires distributed to a sample of 155 professors. The data were analyzed using SPSS V22 software. The results showed that the integration between curriculum design and virtual classroom management affects student motivation to actively participate in distance learning platforms at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at El Hadj Lakhdar University – Batna 1. It also showed that the use of interactive tools in virtual classrooms affects students' motivation to actively participate in distance learning platforms at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences at El Hadj Lakhdar University - Batna 1. The study concluded that it is important to improve curriculum design and interaction tools, and virtual classroom management to motivate students and increase their participation in distance learning.
