دور الإدارة المدرسية بالمرحلة الثانوية في الحد من ظاهرة تأثر الطالب المراهق بالمشاهير The School Administration Role Of Secondary Level In Reducing Phenomenon Of Affection Of A Student Teenager With Stardoms

الملخص
هدفت الدِّراسة التعرُّف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية بالمرحلة الثانوية في الحد من ظاهرة تأثر الطالب المراهق بالمشاهير. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات، وتكون مجتمع الدِّراسة من طلاب الصف الثاني للمدارس الحكومية بالمرحلة الثانوية لمنطقة الأزهري جنوب الخرطوم بولاية الخرطوم في السُّودان للعام 2021م، وتم اختيار عينة عشوائية مكونة من (148) طالباً بنسبة بلغت (16.4%) من للمجتمع الكلي، وتمّ تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss)، وتوصلت الدراسة لعدة نتائج منها: أنّ الإجراءات الإدارية المتبعة من قبل المدرسة حيال ظاهرة التأثر بالمشاهير تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (2.09) وبدرجة تقديرية متوسطة، وأنّ دور مدير المدرسة في تعزيز البيئة الدراسية لدى الطالب المراهق تحقق بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (1.57) وبدرجة تقديرية ضعيفة، وأنّ مظاهر تأثر الطالب المراهق بالمشاهير تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (1.69) وبدرجة تقديرية متوسطة، وبناءً على النتائج التي تمّ التوصل إليها خرجت الدِّراسة ببعض التوصيات منها: ضرورة الاهتمام بالبيئة المدرسية وتوجيه اهتمامات وبرامج ونشاطات الطالب المراهق نحو إطار تربوي سليم. Abstract: The study aims to know the role of the school administration at secondary schools in reducing the phenomenon of affection of a student teenager with stardom through recognition of the current administrative procedures taken by the school and the role of administration in reinforcing a student teenager environment and knowing the aspects of a student teenager affection with stardom. The researcher uses the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. The study community was formed of students of grade two at governmental high secondary schools: ( Al Azhary Area, south of Khartoum , Khartoum State, 2021 ). A number of 148 students were randomly chosen which reached /16.4 from the total community. The data was analyzed by using Packing Social Program for Science Statistic (SPSS). The study reached many results, these are some: the current administrative procedure taken by the school towards phenomenon of affection with stardom was achieved by arithmetic mean of (2.59) as average estimative degree, the role of the school headmaster in reinforcing instructional environment for a student teenager was achieved by arithmetic mean (1.57) as a weak estimative degree, the aspects of the student teenager affection with stardoms was achieved by arithmetic mean: (1.69) as average estimative degree. Regarding previous results, the study advises many recommendations: The necessity of improving the school environment, directing the interests, programmes and activities of a student teenager at a right educational frame.
