دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير بيئة مدرسية جاذبة للطلاب بالمرحلة الثانوية The Role Of The School Administration In Providing An Appealing School Environment For Student’s In High Secondary Schools.

الملخص

هدفت الدِّراسة التعرُّف إلى دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير بيئة مدرسية جاذبة للطلاب بالمرحلة الثانوية، وتكون المجتمع من معلمي الصف الثالث بالمرحلة الثانوية بمنطقة جنوب الحزام بمحلية جبل أولياء في ولاية الخرطوم - السُّودان للعام الدراسي 2020 -2021م. استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي والاستبانة أداة لجمع البيانات وتمّ اختيار عينة عشوائية بلغت (128) فرداً بنسبة (59%)من المجتمع الكلي، وتمّ تحليل البيانات باستخدام برنامج الحزم الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (spss) وتوصلت الدِّراسة لعدة نتائج منها: أنّ مقومات البيئة المدرسية الجاذبة المتوافرة بالمدارس الثانوية تحققت بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (1.98) بدرجة ضعيفة، وأنّ دور الإدارة المدرسية في توفير البيئة المدرسية الجاذبة للطلاب تحقق بوسط حسابي عام بلغ (2.14) بدرجة متوسطة، وبناءً على النتائج التي تم التوصل إليها خرجت الدِّراسة بعدة التوصيات منها: ضرورة توفير الاعتمادات المالية لإعادة وتأهيل المدارس القائمة بما يتواكب مع متطلبات البيئة الجاذبة. Abstract: The study aimed to identify the role of the School administration in This study aimed to identify the role of the school administration in providing an attractive school educational environment for students at the secondary stage. The study population consisted of third-grade teachers in the secondary stage in the South Belt region in Jabal Awlia locality in Khartoum State - Sudan for the academic year 2020-2021 AD. The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical method and the questionnaire as a tool to collect data. A random sample of 128 individuals was selected, representing 59% of the total population of the study. The data were analyzed using the Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) program. The study has reached several results, the most important including: That the attractive school environment components available in secondary schools, it was achieved with a general arithmetic mean of (1.98) with a weak degree, and that the role of the school administration in providing an attractive school environment for students was achieved with a general arithmetic mean of (2.14) with a medium degree. Based on the results reached, the study came out with several recommendations, including: The need to provide financial allocations for the rehabilitation of existing schools according to the requirements of the attractive educational environment.
