Abstract: The study aims to highlight one of the middle education institutions, "Al-Arabi Al-Tebsi," in Kolea, Tipaza province, which has successfully implemented the "Daily Digital Attendance System for Students" to manage unauthorized absences. The researchers relied on descriptive methodology, using a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool and interviews as supplementary support. The study revealed that this digital system played several crucial roles in the digital communication process, including: Facilitating communication with parents, eliminating the need for students to act as intermediaries in reporting absences; innovatively activating the correspondence notebook in a digital format; monitoring students' attendance and absences both in the morning and evening; and empowering the school administration to enhance the educational and learning process within the school environment.
