Abstract
تكمن مشكلة البحث الحالي في التساؤلات التالية: ما هي البرامج التربوية المطبقة في المدارس الثانوية في مركز قضاء الهندية لمكافحة التنمر الجماعي في المدارس، فضلًا عن ما مدى فعالية البرامج التربوية في تقليل ظاهر التنمر الجماعي في المدارس الثانوية؟ ولإجابة على هذه التساؤلات وغيرها هدف البحث إلى تقييم مستوى فعالية البرامج التربوية في مكافحة التنمر الجماعي في المدارس الثانوية، إلى جانب دراسة تأثير البرامج التربوية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي في المدارس الثانوية في مركز قضاء الهندية؟ وبناء على هذه الأهداف وغيرها اعتمد الباحث على منهج البحث الوصفي التحليلي، وتكون مجتمع البحث من مدرسي ومدرسات في المدارس الثانوية في قسم تربية الهندية التابع لمديرية تربية (كربلاء المقدسة) للعام الدراسي (2024-2025م) وتم اختبار (144) فرد عينة الدراسة بالطريقة القصدية العمدية، وقام الباحث ببناء أداة البحث بالاعتماد على النظريات المعدة سابقًا بما يتناسب مع طبيعة العينة، وأسفرت النتائج إلى: إن مستوى تقييم فاعلية البرامج التربوية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي في المدارس الثانوية، جاءت بدرجة مستوى مرتفع وبمتوسط حسابي قدره (2,64) ونسبة الموافقة عليه فقرات المقياس بلغت (88%). وأن البرامج التربوية تُعد فعّالة بدرجة كبيرة في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي في المدارس الثانوية ضمن مركز قضاء الهندية. ووجود فروق إحصائية دالة في مستوى فاعلية البرامج التربوية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي وفق متغير الجنس (ذكور، إناث) ولصالح الإناث. ووجود فروق إحصائية دالة في مستوى فاعلية البرامج التربوية في الحد من ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي وفي المدارس الثانوية وفق متغير التخصص الدراسي (علمي، إنساني)، ولصالح التخصص الإنساني. وأوصى الباحث ما يلي : (ضرورة إزالة كافة المعوقات التي تعيق سير العملية التربوية، بما يضمن تحقيق الهدف الرئيسي للمدرسة وهو تربية وتعليم الطلبة في بيئة آمنة وسليمة. ووضع خطط مستقبلية تشجع الطلبة المتنمرين على التخلي عن السلوكيات السلبية من خلال برامج دعم نفسي وتربوي، بالإضافة إلى 6) توفير برامج تدريبية مستمرة للمرشدين الاجتماعيين والنفسيين، تتناول الأساليب الحديثة في علاج ظاهرة التنمر الجماعي وطرق الوقاية منها ضمن الإطار التربوي والعلاجي. فضلًا عن تعزيز دور الأسرة في متابعة سلوك الأبناء، والتعاون مع المدرسة في معالجة ظاهرة التنمر، من خلال الاستجابة الفعّالة للدعوات المدرسية والمشاركة في البرامج التوعوية والوقائية). ويتقرح الباحث (إجراء دراسة عن دور التربية الإيجابية في علاج ضحيا التنمر والمتنمرين. و إجراء دراسة عن الآثار النفسية والاجتماعية لظاهرة التنمر الجماعي لدى طلبة المرحلة الثانوية). الكلمات المفتاحية: الفاعلية، البرامج التربوية، التنمر الجماعي، الطلاب، المدارس الثانوية. The Effectiveness Level of Educational Programs in Reducing the Phenomenon of Collective Bullying in Secondary Schools from the Perspective of Teachers A Sociological Field Study in the Center of Al-Hindiya District Asst. Lect. Alaa Mohammed Naji General Directorate of Education in Karbala Governorate / Al-Hindiya Education Department Abstract The current research problem lies in the following questions: What are the educational programs implemented in secondary schools in the center of Al-Hindiya District to combat collective bullying in schools? And to what extent are these educational programs effective in reducing the phenomenon of collective bullying in secondary schools? To answer these and other questions, the research aimed to assess the effectiveness of educational programs in combating collective bullying in secondary schools, as well as to examine the impact of these programs in limiting this phenomenon in the Al-Hindiya District. Based on these objectives, the researcher adopted the descriptive-analytical research method. The research population consisted of male and female secondary school teachers within the Al-Hindiya Education Department, affiliated with the Karbala Education Directorate for the academic year (2024–2025). A purposive sample of (144) participants was selected. The researcher developed a research tool based on previously established theories, tailored to suit the nature of the sample. The results revealed that the level of effectiveness of educational programs in reducing collective bullying in secondary schools was high, with a mean score of (2.64) and an agreement percentage of (88%) on the scale items. The findings indicate that these programs are highly effective in reducing collective bullying in secondary schools in Al-Hindiya District. Furthermore, statistically significant differences were found in the effectiveness of these programs according to the variable of gender (male, female), in favor of females. Statistically significant differences were also found according to the academic specialization (scientific, humanistic), in favor of the humanistic specialization. The researcher recommended the following: the necessity of removing all obstacles that hinder the educational process to ensure achieving the primary goal of schools — which is the education and upbringing of students in a safe and supportive environment; establishing future plans to encourage bullies to abandon negative behaviors through psychological and educational support programs; and providing ongoing training programs for social and psychological counselors, focusing on modern approaches to treating and preventing the phenomenon of collective bullying within a pedagogical and therapeutic framework. The role of the family should also be enhanced in monitoring student behavior and cooperating with schools to address bullying through active participation in school meetings and awareness programs. The researcher also suggests: conducting a study on the role of positive education in treating both victims and perpetrators of bullying, and another study on the psychological and social impacts of collective bullying among secondary school students.
