Abstract
Abstract: This study analyzes Artificial Intelligence as a transformative technology with applications across critical sectors such as healthcare, finance, law, security, education, and governance. It emphasizes the legal and ethical implications of AI integration, particularly regarding accountability, liability, and the potential recognition of AI legal personality. By examining the debate over granting autonomous systems distinct legal status, the research highlights both the opportunities for structured responsibility and the challenges posed to traditional legal frameworks. The study concludes with recommendations for adaptive regulations, human oversight, and principled governance to align AI with law and societal norms.
