الملخص
شكلت المبادلات التجارية بين إيالة الجزائر والدول الأوربية حركية تجارية معتبرة مثلت العصب الحيوي إذ عرفت تنوعا كبيرا في صادراتها ووارداتها وساهمت في تغيير موازين التجارة وتوفير كميات من الموارد الأولية وخلقت واقعا فرض سيطرته على حوض البحر المتوسط الذي أعتبر ميدانا للتطورات السياسية والاقتصادية. وعليه تأتي هذه الدراسة لتسلط الضوء على الجانب التجاري الذي ساهم في بلورة وتطور العلاقات الجزائرية الأوربية خاصة الغربية منها في فترات متباينة تميزت فيها العلاقات السياسية بين السلم والحرب فازدهرت تارة وركدت تارة أخرى. The commercial exchanges between the Regency of Algiers and European states generated a significant commercial dynamism, representing the vital backbone of the economy. These exchanges were characterized by a wide diversity of exports and imports, contributing to shifts in trade balances, the provision of raw materials, and the creation of a reality that imposed its influence over the Mediterranean basin, which was regarded as a stage for political and economic developments. Accordingly, this study aims to shed light on the commercial aspect that contributed to shaping and developing Algerian–European relations, particularly with Western Europe, during different periods in which political relations oscillated between peace and war, leading trade to flourish at times and stagnate at others.
