الملخص
التغير المناخي أحد أكثر القضايا الراهنة تعقيدا ليس فقط بسبب تأثيره على النظام الايكولوجي وإنما امتداداته الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والأمنية، ولذلك جاءت الدراسة كمحاولة للتعرف على المساعي العالمية في سبيل تحقيق التوازن المناخي وإصلاح البيئة ، وكذا العوائق السياسية التي تحول دون ذلك كتصاعد النزعة القومية للشعبوية اليمينية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن إصلاح النظام الايكولوجي بالرغم من المحاولات العالمية المكثفة إلا أنها لا تزال غير كافية خاصة مع بروز الاتجاهات السياسية ذات النزعة القومية المعادية لسياسات المناخ والعمل الدولي المشترك لتخفيف الظواهر المناخية المتطرفة. Climate change is one of the most pressing contemporary issues, not only because of its impact on the ecological system but also due to its extensions to the economic and social spheres. This study attempted to identify its effects on global efforts toward achieving climate balance and environmental reform. The study also examined political obstacles, particularly the right-wing populist nationalism of the surveyed communities.The research concluded that, despite numerous global efforts to reform the ecological system, these are still insufficient, especially with the emergence of political trends that hold anti-climate policies and the joint international action required to mitigate worsening climate phenomena
