The Reality Of Career Quality In University Districts From The Workers' Point Of View: Field Study In Female University Residence Constantine2

الملخص
This study aims to learn the reality and level of career quality from the perspective of today's employee to improve his performance and create a sustainable environment, and to collect data on study variables: A field study was conducted that applied to the female university residency workers of Fatima Nasumar Constantin2, which totalled 229 workers, and based on the study manuals a questionnaire form was developed, consisting of five dimensions(Participation in decision-making, equity in remuneration and rewards, opportunities for promotion and career advancement, work team, job satisfaction) We have relied on the descriptive curriculum and many statistical methods have been used based on the spss statistical package program. The results showed that the quality of career in the place of study was average. The results also showed that there were no discrepancies between the responses of members of the sample in the level of career quality attributable to demographic variables. هدفت هذه الدراسة الى معرفة واقع ومستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية من منظور موظف اليوم لتحسين أداءه و خلق بيئة مستدامة ، و لجمع معطيات حول متغيرات الدراسة، قمنا بإجراء دراسة ميدانية طبقت على عمال الاقامة الجامعية للإناث لالة فاطمة نسومر قسنطينة 2، و الذي بلغ عددهم الاجمالي229 عامل ، و اعتمادا على ادبيات الدراسة تم تطوير استمارة استبيان ، تكونت من خمسة أبعاد (المشاركة في إتخاذ القرار ،العدالة في الأجور والمكافات ، فرص الترقية و التقدم الوظيفي ، فريق العمل، الرضا الوظيفي) ولقد اعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي كما تم الاستعانة بالعديد من الأساليب الإحصائية بالاعتماد على برنامج الحزم الاحصائية spss ، وأظهرت النتائج أن مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية في الاقامة محل الدراسة كان متوسطا ،كما بينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق بين إجابات افراد العينة في مستوى جودة الحياة الوظيفية تعزى للمتغيرات الديمغرافية.
