الملخص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى الكشف عن واقع التطوير التكنولوجي في ظل التحول الرقمي من وجهة نظر الإطارات الوسطى بمؤسسة فرتيال –عنابة-، بأبعاد الثلاث: تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، تكنولوجيا الآلات والمعدات، تكنولوجيا البرمجيات والتطبيقات، حيث إعتمدنا على المنهج الوصفي بإعتباره الأنسب لطبيعة دراستنا الإستكشافية، ولجمع البيانات قمنا بإعداد إستبيان، طبق على عينة قدرت بـ 70 إطارا من الإطارات الوسطى، كما قمنا بإستخدام أسلوب الحصر الشامل لكافة وحدات مجتمع الدراسة، وتمت المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات بواسطة برنامج الحزم الإحصائية SPSS بإستخدام جملة من الأساليب الإحصائية، حيث توصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تطوير تكنولوجي بأبعاده: (تكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، الآلات والمعدات، التطبيقات والبرمجيات) في ظل التحول الرقمي من وجهة نظر الإطارات الوسطى بمؤسسة فرتيال –عنابة. Abstract The current study aimed to reveal the reality of technological development in the light of digital transformation from the point of view of middle managers of the Fertail company –Annaba- with its three dimensions: information and communication technology, machine and equipment technology, software and application technology. The study adopts the descriptive approach which is appropriate for exploratory studies. Data collection is done through a questionnaire which was applied to a sample of 70 middle managers. The complete census method was used for all units of the study population. The statistical processing of the data was carried out by the statistical program Spss using a number of statistical method. The study concluded that there is technological development in its three dimensions (information and communication technology, machine and equipment technology, software and application technology) in the light of digital transformation from the point of view of middle managers of the Fertail company –Annaba-
