Abstract: The Algerian university is one of the important institutions that has sought to implement the digitization project within the strategies approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research. It primarily relies on the use of modern technological means to provide quality education. The technological services are represented in the "Progress" system and the university platforms "Moodle" to adopt a modern model of university governance at the level of higher education and scientific research institutions on one hand, and at the level of pedagogical performance on the other
