تعجيل الزكاة قبل وقتها لدفعها لأهل غزة ونحوهم ممن نزل بهم كرب

الملخص
لا يخفى أن الحرب على غزة وأهلها وما يجدونه من عدوان ظالم صار يشغل المسلمين ويؤلمهم ويحزنهم بلا استثناء، وإن كان أكثر المسلمين لم يجدوا لإخوانهم إلا تلك المشاعر والدعاء، فإن منهم من يحرص على الزيادة على ذلك القدر عمليا بما يحصل به التخفيف عنهم، وبما أن المساعدة بالنفس والعتاد بعيدة في زماننا، فإن المساعدة العملية التي وجد كثير من المسلمين طريقا إليها هي إعانتهم بالمال. ومن أعظم الإعانة بالمال إعطاء الزكاة لأهل غزة لمن وجد سبيلا لإيصالها، لكن أشكل على كثير ممن يريدون إعطاءهم الزكاة عدة مسائل، من أهمها حكم إخراج الزكاة قبل وقتها لإغاثتهم وهو أمر عاجل لا ينتظر حلول أجل الزكاة، والزكاة لها وقت محدد شرعا، فجاء البحث للإجابة عن إشكالية ما مدى مشروعية إخراج الزكاة قبل وقتها لأهل غزة، وبين حكم ذلك وأنه لا يخرج عن مقاصد الشرع، اعتمادا على المنهج الاستقرائي والاستدلالي والمقارن، وجاء المبحث الأول للكلام عن اشتراط الحول للزكاة والثاني عن تعجيل الزكاة، ليخلص إلى نتائج أهمها مشروعية تعجيل الزكاة لأهل غزة. It is evident that the war on Gaza and its people, and the unjust, brutal aggression they are enduring, now preoccupies all Muslims, pains their hearts, touches their emotions, and saddens them without exception. While most Muslims can only offer these feelings and prayers for their brethren, some are keen to go beyond that practically, seeking means to alleviate the suffering of their brothers and sisters. Given that providing direct physical aid and personnel is nearly impossible in the current circumstances, the practical assistance that many Muslims have found a way to offer is financial support. One of the greatest forms of financial aid is giving Zakat to the people of Gaza, for those who find a feasible means to deliver it. However, many who wish to give their Zakat to our oppressed brethren there are faced with several juristic issues. Among the most important is the ruling on disbursing Zakat before its due time to aid them, as this is an urgent matter that cannot wait for the Zakat due date. It is well-established that Zakat has a specific time stipulated by the Shari'ah. Consequently, this research comes to study the issue of advancing Zakat payment before its due date for the people of Gaza and others like them afflicted by severe hardship. It examines the positions of the jurists on this matter, their evidence, and discusses these views to arrive at the correct opinion, while simultaneously balancing between relieving the suffering of oppressed Muslims and adhering to the legal parameters governing the disbursement of Zakat.
