dhakhira journal for research and Islamic studies is a biannual international scientific unprofitable journal issued twice a year (June and December) by the department of Islamic sciences at the University of Ghardaia that publishes research related to studies in Islamic sciences, in Arabic and English , it is presented by university professors and researchers in research centers and PhD students at various, local and foreign universities after being subjected to confidential reviewing, taking into account the scientific methodological and honesty aspects as shown on the page of the platform. Through this platform, we provides an opportunity for all researchers to publish their research and studies in various Islamic sciences; - Islamic jurisprudence - principles and jurisprudence rules - financial transactions and Islamic economics - Qur’anic studies - Sunnah and its sciences - Islamic belief and thought - Sharia and law - Islamic civilization... It asks all of them to originality, novelty, diversity and commitment to scientific honesty in topics, whether ancient or contemporary, as well as commitment Publication rules and controls for the methodological aspect, as well as the template for its articles, and other requirements for publication in it, so that the research and studies sent to the magazine will be accepted and fast in the reviewing procedures..

إعلان للراغبين في النشر بمجلة الذخيرة للبحوث والدراسات الإسلامية

أيها الباحثون الأفاضل

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله وبركاته ، وبعد،

فإنّ مجلة الذخيرة للبحوث والدراسات الإسلامية هي مجلة علمية دولية محكمة سداسية ومجانية، تصدر مرتين في السنة (يونيو، وديسمبر) عن قسم العلوم الإسلامية بجامعة غرداية، وتعنى بنشر البحوث والدراسات في العلوم الإسلامية، بالعربية والانجليزية، التي يقدمها الأساتذة الجامعيون والباحثون في المراكز البحثية وطلبة الدكتوراه في مختلف الجامعات، داخل الجزائر وخارجها.

وعليه، فإننا ترحب بكم وننبهكم إلى ما يلي:

أولا: أن المجال متاح لاستقبال المقالات ابتداء من 01 / 01 / 2025 إلى 05 / 06 / 2025م لمن رغب في نشرها في عدد يونيو 2025م بحول الله تعالى.

ثانيا: نذكِّركم ونؤكد عليكم بضرورة التزام ما يلي:

1- اتباع دليل النشر وخطواته الموجود في خانة "دليل المؤلف"، ومعه أخلاقيات النشر، وخطاب التعهد الذي يطلب إرساله على بريد المجلة مع السيرة الذاتية.

2- صب البحث في قالب المجلة والالتزام تنسيقاته وقواعد النشر المقيدة عليه، ويطلب تحميله من نافذة "تعليمات للمؤلف". الموجودة على يسار صفحة المجلة

3- بقدر ما التزم الباحث بالقالب والشروط، وراجع بحثه جيدا قبل إرساله كلما سهل تحكيمه وكان أحظى بالقبول.

4- نرجو من كل باحث تجاوز بحثه عدد الصفحات المقررة ابتداء، وهو 25 صفحة، أن يسعي في اختصاره بقدر الإمكان (والقرار لإدارة المجلة فيما تجاوز ذلك).

5- أي بحث سبق إرساله إلى مجلة أخرى أو نُشر بها فإنه مرفوض ابتداء، إذ منصة المجلات تظهر ذلك، فضلا عن التحريات التي تقوم بها هيئات المجلة. 

6- كل من أرسل بحثه يصله إشعار بذلك، ويشير إليه بتأكيد إرساله البحث، فنرجو تأكيد ذلك لنطمئن إلى أنه هو المرسل.

مقارنة بين تفسير البحر المحيط لأبي حيان والتحرير والتنوير لابن عاشور -سورة الجاثية أنموذجًا- دراسة تطبيقية

الملخص: ملخص يعقد هذا البحث مقارنة بين منهجي عالمين من كبار علماء التفسير، هما أثير الدين أبو حيان محمد (ت745هـ)، صاحب كتاب البحر المحيط في التفسير، ومحمد الطاهر بن عاشور (ت1393هـ) صاحب كتاب التحرير والتنوير، وقد عالج البحث منهجي المؤلفين، مبينًا أوجه الاتفاق وأوجه الاختلاف بينهما، كما طبق المنهجين على سورة الجاثية، ومجيبًا عن التساؤلات التالية: ما هي أبرز معالم منهج كل من أبي حيان وابن عاشور في كتابيهما البحر المحيط والتحرير والتنوير؟ ما هي أوجه الاتفاق والاختلاف بين منهجي المؤلفين؟ ما مدى تطبيق منهجي المؤلفين في سورة الجاثية؟ وهدف إلى استنباط أوجه الاتفاق وأوجه الاختلاف بين منهجي المؤلفين، بتطبيق منهجيهما على سورة الجاثية، وسلك في ذلك المنهج الوصفي والاستنباطي، ومن أهم نتائج البحث: اتفاق المصَنِّفَيْنِ في أنَّ كلًّا منهما اختط لنفسه منهجًا ألزم به نفسه، اتفاق المصنفين في كثير من معالم منهجيهما، تطبيق كل منهما منهجه بدقة وفق ما يناسب السورة. Abstract This research aims to compare the methodologies of two of the most prominent scholars of interpretation, namely Athir al-Din Abu Hayyan Muhammad ibn Yusuf al-Andalusi (d. 745 AH), the author of the book Al-Bahr al-Muhit fi al-Tafsir, and Muhammad al-Tahir ibn Ashur (d. 1393 AH), the author of the book Al-Tahrir and al-Tanwir. The research addressed the definition of the two imams, and reviewed their methodologies, indicating the points of agreement and differences between them. It also applied the two methods to Surat al-Jathiyah. The research problem is represented in answering the following questions: What are the most prominent features of the methodologies of each of Abu Hayyan and Ibn Ashur in their books Al-Bahr al-Muhit and Al-Tahrir and al-Tanwir? What are the points of agreement and difference between the authors’ methodologies? To what extent are the authors’ methodologies applied in Surat al-Jathiyah? Deducing the points of agreement and differences between the authors’ methodologies through their interpretation of Surat al-Jathiyah? Moreover, knowing the extent to which the authors applied their methodologies in Surat al-Jathiyah.The research followed the descriptive and deductive method, The agreement of the two compilers in that each of them planned for himself a method to which he committed himself. The agreement of the compilers in many of the features of their methodologies. Each of them applied his method accurately according to what suits the surah.
