Abstract
The research paper attempted to study the impact of digital transformation strategies in light of information technological progress, which has posed a great threat to the right of individuals to exercise their right to private life. The study has identified the most important legal mechanisms and guarantees necessary to protect people’s digital privacy, with controls to enable this right. Constitutionally enshrined, recognized and legally protected, these controls relate to the case of exceptional circumstances and achieving public order within the framework of protecting the public interest. حاولت الورقة البحثية دراسة تأثير استراتيجيات التحول الرقمي في ظل التقدم التكنولوجي المعلوماتي الذي شكل خطرا كبيرا على حق الافراد في ممارسة حقهم في الحياة الخاصة، و قد توصلت الدراسة الى تحديد أهم الاليات و الضمانات القانونية اللازمة لحماية خصوصية الاشخاص الرقمية مع وجود ضوابط للتمكين من هذا الحق المكرس دستوريا و المعترف به و المحمي قانونيا ، و هذه الضوابط تتعلق بحالة الظروف الاستثنائية و تحقيق النظام العام في اطار حماية الصالح العام.
