Abstract
Abstract Understanding the geopolitics of identity in Algeria requires familiarity with the cultural, historical, and political factors that shape the country's national identity, with its cultural, linguistic, and religious diversity. These stakes demand reconciling these factors and promoting national unity. Identity serves as a significant driving force for convergence, interaction, and exchange in international relations within a framework that encompasses acceptance, respect, acknowledging uniqueness, and recognizing differences. This can have an impact on the smooth handling of local and regional issues, whether related to ethnicity, gender, lineage, or religious, political, and ideological beliefs within a positive and tolerant context.Identity plays a crucial role as a factor for analyzing, interpreting, and anticipating potential changes and trends, as it is a motivating and influential force in international affairs. However, it is also the primary source of human divisions and the main cause of wars and conflicts. It faces various challenges and can create a crisis between "self" and "other." This necessitates defending national values by activating the role of the state in protecting its principles and fortifying its youth.. ملخص يتطلب فهم جيوسياسة الهوية في الجزائر إلماماً بالعوامل الثقافية والتاريخية والسياسية التي تشكل الهوية الوطنية للبلاد، في تنوعها الثقافي واللغوي والديني، كما تتطلب هذه القضايا التوفيق بين هذه العوامل وتعزيز الوحدة الوطنية؛ وهي في نفس الوقت قوة هامة تدفع الى التقارب والتفاعل والتبادل في العلاقات الدولية ضمن إطار يشمل قبول الآخر واحترامه والاعتراف بتفرده والإعتراف بالاختلاف عنه. لكن، يمكن أن يكون لذلك تأثير على التعامل السلس مع القضايا المحلية والإقليمية، سواء كانت متعلقة بالعرق أو الجنس أو النسب أو الاعتقادات الدينية والسياسية والعقائد الأيديولوجية في سياق إيجابي ومتسامح. لذلك تلعب الهوية دوراً حاسماً كعامل لتحليل وتفسير وتوقع التغيرات والاتجاهات المحتملة في الشؤون الدولية لكنها في نفس الوقت المصدر الرئيسي لتقسيمات البشر والسبب الرئيسي وراء الحروب والنزاعات. تواجه الهوية تحديات متنوعة ويمكن أن تخلق أزمة بين "الذات" و"الآخر". وهذا يستدعي الدفاع عن القيم الوطنية من خلال تفعيل دور الدولة في حماية مبادئها وتعزيز شبابها.
