The Role Of Digitalization Of Human Resources In Employee Loyalty – Qualitative Study Of A Sample Of Compagnies In The Industrial Area Of Akbou – Province Of Bejaia

Abstract

The objective of this paper is to determine the role of the digital transformation of human resources in the retention and loyalty of employees of companies in the ZAC industrial zone of Taheracht of Akbou -Wilaya of Bejaia. The results of the qualitative study show that HR digitalization makes it possible to transform manual workflows into automated process, improve collaboration and internal communication, collect and analyze data to make decisions based on information relevant and to adopt a more agile and flexible approach to manage your human resource in order to retain it.
