الملخص
تقومُ إشكاليَّةُ هذه الورقة البَحثِيَّة، على التَّحقيقِ في مسألةٍ من مُهِمَّاتِ المسائل الفِقهيَّة، التي تعتري كلَّ مُؤمن في حياتهِ اليوميَّة، المتعلِّقة بما يَتَكرَّرُ معه في أمورهِ التَّعبُّديَّة؛ وهي مسألة التَّنشيفِ بعد الوُضوء والغُسلِ عند طَهارتهِ البَدَنيَّة. فيأتي هذا المقالُ لِدراستِها ضِمْنَ اجتهاداتِ الأعلامِ وداخِل المدوَّنات المذهبيَّة، وذلك بنَقْلِ الآراء وتَتَبُّعِ الأدلَّة النَّقليَّة والعقليَّة، وتجليَّة ما كان بينهُم من مُدافعاتٍ ومُراجعاتٍ عِلميَّة، قائمة على مُحتكماتِ القواعد الأصُوليَّة، للخُلوصِ إلى القول الصَّحيحِ الرَّجيحِ باعتباراتٍ منهجيَّة وروحٍ موضوعيَّة، بعيدًا عن طرائق المحاباة ومزالِق العَصَبِيَّة، وطلبًا لإنصافِ الاجتهاداتِ في إطار المُسَلَّمات المرضيَّة. كما تتغيَّا هذه الورقات؛ الدَّعوة الجادَّة إلى ضرورة احترامِ المذاهبِ الفِقهيَّة والسَّادة الأعلام، والتَّزيُّن بصِفةِ العدلِ والموضوعيَّة في كلِّ الأحوال، والتَّخلِّي عن العَصَبِيَّة المقيتة ومبدأ الحَجْرِ على الاجتهاداتِ والأفهام، ونشر ثقافة التَّعايُش في ظِلِّ أُخوَّة الإسلام. The problem of this research paper is based on investigating one of the important issues of jurisprudence that afflicts every believer in his daily life, related to what is repeated to him in his matters of worship. It is the issue of drying after ablution and washing when one is physically pure. This article comes to study them within the jurisprudence of prominent figures and within sectarian blogs, by conveying opinions, tracking the transmissional and rational evidence, and clarifying the scientific defenses and reviews that existed among them, based on the provisions of fundamentalist rules. To arrive at the correct and most likely statement using methodological considerations and an objective spirit, away from the methods of favoritism and the pitfalls of fanaticism, and seeking fairness These papers also aim to seriously call for the necessity of respecting the schools of jurisprudence and the eminent scholars, and to be adorned with the attribute of justice and objectivity in all circumstances, and to abandon the abhorrent fanaticism and the principle of restricting interpretations and understandings, and to spread the culture of coexistence in the shadow of the brotherhood of Islam.
