"مجلة الشريعة والاقتصاد" هي مجلة دولية متاحة للـمتصفحين على الأنترنيت، وتصدر بصورة منتظمة مرتين في السنة عن كلية الشريعة والاقتصاد بجامعة الأمير عبد القادر للعلوم الإسلامية - قسنطينة، الجزائر، وقد تمّ إصدار أول أعدادها في سنة 2012 م، وتعنى بنشر الأعمال العلمية في الدراسات الشرعية والقانونية والاقتصادية.

توفر الـمجلة منصة أكاديمية متخصصة، تنشر من خلالها مقالات أصلية ومحكمة، وتلبي حاجة الباحثين من داخل الوطن وخارجه. ويتسم البحث المنشور فيها بالموضوعية والجدية والأصالة والحداثة، والنشر فيها متاح لكل باحث باللغات الثلاث: العربية، والإنجليزية، والفرنسية، على أن يكون المقال مستوفياً لقواعد النشر الخاصة بالمجلة، وتخضع جميع الأعمال العلمية المقدمة للنشر للتحكيم من قبل هيئة علمية دولية متخصصة.

 

Charia and Economics review is an international open access journal, bi-annual and free of charge, published by the Faculty of Charia and Economics, Emir Abd El Kader University of Islamic Sciences-Constantine – Algeria, first published in 2012. The journal focuses on the following topics: specialized legitimate, legal and economic studies. It provides a specialized academic platform through which it publishes original and refereed articles and meets the need of researchers from inside and outside the country. The research published in it is characterized by objectivity, seriousness, originality, and modernity Publication in it shall be available to every researcher in Arabic, English and French, provided that the article meets the publishing rules of the journal All papers submitted for publication are subject to arbitration by a specialized international scientific body

ألفاظ العُمران والبناء في القرآن الكريم وأحكامها الفقهية

الملخص: الملخص: المتصفح للقرآن الكريم تلوح له معالم العمارة المختلفة من مناطق مدنية حضرّية وأخرى بدوية، ومنشآت معمارية منظمة من مسجد إلى سكنات ومرافق عامة تشكّل كلّها بيئة معمارية منسجمة، ذات أماكن خضراء وفسيحة، هذه الصورة مستلهمة من وصف الله تعالى للأمم السابقة وما متّعها به من نعم الحضارة والتمدّن، أو من وصفه تعالى للجنة وحسن بنائها وما أعدّه لساكنيها، وفي هذه الدّراسة ذكرٌ لبعض الألفاظ القرآنية المتعلقة بالبناء والعمران، والنظرُ في أحكامها الفقهية، بدءا بلفظ البناء والعمران، ثم بعض الألفاظ ذات الصلة بهما، من منشآت معمارية كالمسجد، البيت، القصر، والسدُّ، أو أجزاء معمارية كالجدار، السقف، الغرفة، والمحراب، أو مشتملات معمارية كالحدائق، والعيون. Summary. The browser of the holy Quran is loomed by various architectural features from urban and Bedouin areas, and architectural structures organized from a mosque to residences and public facilities, all of which constitute a harmonious architectural environment, With green and spacious places, this image is inspired by Allah "God" Almighty's description of the previous nations and the blessings that civilization and urbanization enjoyed with it. Or from His description of Heaven and its good construction and what He prepared for its residents, in this study a mention of some Quoranic terms related to construction and urbanization, and a consideration of its jurisprudential rulings, starting with the word “building and urbanization", Then some words related to them, from architectural structures such as the mosque, the house, the palace, and the dam, or architectural parts such as the wall, the ceiling, the room, and the mihrab, Or architectural components such as gardens, and fountain.
