"Charia and Economics Revue" is an international online journal published twice a year by the Faculty of Charia and Economics at Emir Abdelkader University of Islamic Sciences - Constantine, Algeria. Its first issue was published in 2012, and it is dedicated to publishing scholarly works in Sharia, legal, and economic studies. It accepts scholarly research in two languages: Arabic and English.
The journal aims to enrich academic discourse by integrating Sharia rulings, legal frameworks, and economic theories to provide comprehensive solutions to contemporary issues, while simultaneously advancing scientific research through the publication of distinguished studies that align with the goals of the College of Charia and Economics. Furthermore, it is committed to democratizing knowledge by offering open, international access to its periodic publications and presenting ethical, Sharia-based economic models designed to address global crises through practical and scholarly contributions.
The journal is committed to publishing original research that meets required academic standards and rejects any work that violates the ethics of scientific research and academic integrity. The journal is open to all those interested in scientific research (researchers, professors, and doctoral students) from around the world, and all scientific works submitted for publication are subject to peer review by a specialized international scientific committee.
