التَّحقيقُ في مسألة نَقْضِ الوُضُوءِ بأكلِ لَحْمِ الإبل دراسة فقهيَّة مقارنة

الملخص
تقومُ إشكاليَّةُ هذه الوَرَقَة البَحثيَّة على التَّحقيقِ في مسألة نَقْضِ الوُضُوء بأكلِ لَحْمِ الإبلِ؛ وذلك بدراسَتِها دراسةً موضوعيَّةً مُقارنة بين المذاهبِ وآراء العُلماء، وذلك بنَقْلِ الأقوالِ وتجميعِ الأدلَّةِ، وتظهير المُدافعاتِ الواردة على هاذيك التَّوجيهات؛ للخُروجِ بالقولِ المختار في المسألةِ. وتَتَغَيَّا هذه الورقات الدَّعوة الجادَّة إلى وجوبِ تقدير المدارس الفِقهيَّة واحترامها، وضرورة النَّهلِ من عُلومِها دون التَّعصُّبِ المذمومِ لاجتهاداتِ أعلامِها. The problem of this research paper is based on investigating the issue of invalidating ablution by eating camel meat. This is done by studying it in an objective, comparative study between the doctrines and the opinions of scholars, by quoting statements, collecting evidence, and demonstrating the defenses contained in these directives. To come up with the chosen statement on the issue. These papers express a serious call for the necessity of appreciating and respecting schools of jurisprudence, and the necessity of benefiting from their sciences without reprehensible fanaticism toward the jurisprudence of their eminent scholars.
