Abstract

Abstract This study aims to examine the impact of an innovation culture and its dimensions on strategic success and its dimensions. The researcher used a descriptive-analytical approach, employing a sample of managers from Algérie Télécom, Souk Ahras Provincial Directorate, who hold key positions. A questionnaire was utilized as the primary data collection tool. The main findings demonstrated a statistically significant positive impact of the independent variable (innovation culture) on the dependent variable (strategic success(. The dimenstion of encouraging teamwork to promote exhibited a strong positive and statistically signifant impact on enhancing strategic success, in contrast creativity and risk management had a statistically signifant but moderately negative impact on strategic success, Meanwhile the innovative leadership dimension demonstrated no statistically significant effect on strategic success. .keyword: Innovation Culture, Strategic Success, Encouraging Teamwork, Creativity and Risk Management, Innovative Leadership.
