Abstract

Abstract: This study investigates the impact of entrepreneurial spirit on university students in Biskra, particularly in motivating them to pursue the "university degree-startup" option. This initiative, introduced by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, offers students a unique opportunity to secure employment that aligns with their aspirations and ambitions. The research explores the level of entrepreneurial spirit among Biskra university students and its significant influence on their entrepreneurial orientation. Additionally, the study identifies the key factors contributing to the development of entrepreneurial spirit, aiming to enhance and promote its growth.
