الملخص
ملخص يهدف البحث إلى إبراز دور القدرات الديناميكية في تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة في إطار محيط متميز بتنافسية شديدة. تم الاعتماد على المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي لعرض مختلف الأفكار والآراء المرتبطة بالقدرات الديناميكية ودورها في تحقيق تلك الميزة. توصل البحث إلى أن تحقيق ميزة تنافسية مستدامة يمر عبر التطور والتأقلم، وأن القدرات الديناميكية هي المحرك الذي يوجه المؤسسات نحو من خلال الاستشعار، الاغتنام وإعادة التهيئة Apple النجاح والتفوق. وهو ما حققته .الكلمات المفتاحية: القدرات الديناميكية؛ الكفاءات؛ الموارد؛ الميزة التنافسية؛ التعلم التنظيمي. تصنيف JEL: L25، O32، M19 ABSTRACT The research aims to highlight the role of dynamic capabilities in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage, within a highly competitive environment. The descriptive and analytical approach was relied upon to present various ideas and opinions related to dynamic capabilities and their role in achieving this advantage. The research found that achieving a sustainable competitive advantage through development, adaptation and dynamic capabilities is the engine that directs organizations towards success and excellence, which Apple achieved through sensing, seizing and reconfiguration..
