التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة من خلال الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني

الملخص
يحظى التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة باهتمام متزايد من القائمين على شؤون المرأة في العقدين الأخيرين، من خلال العمل على وضع بدائل اقتصادية وخلق بيئة ملائمة لتحقيق ذلك، تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى بحث دور الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني كأحد البدائل الممكنة لتعزيز التمكين الاقتصادي للمرأة، من خلال تحليل العوامل التي تساهم في نجاحه في خلق البيئة اللازمة لذلك، وإبراز مكانة المرأة في كياناته. خلصت الدراسة إلى أن الاقتصاد الاجتماعي والتضامني كنموذج تنموي مبني على فلسفة عدم استغلال الأفراد وتقديمهم على الربح لتحقيق تنمية عادلة، تعد كياناته فاعلا أساسيا في تمكين المرأة وإطارا للنهوض بها بتوفير التدريب وفرص الوصول إلى العمل اللائق، وتكريس التشاركية والإدارة الديمقراطية بما يسمح لها بالمساهمة في صنع القرارات وتنفيذها وتولي أدوارا قيادية، وكذلك بتوفير التمويل الميسور التكلفة وتعزيز شمولها المالي. الكلمات المفتاحية: امرأة، تمكين اقتصادي، كيانات، اقتصاد اجتماعي وتضامني. Women’s economic empowerment has received increased attention from those in charge of women’s affairs in the last two decades, efforts to achieve this goal often involve developing economic alternatives and fostering an enabling environment, this study aims to explore the social and solidarity economy as a potential alternative for advancing women’s economic empowerment, by analyzing the key factors that make social and solidarity economy succeed in creating a supportive environment for women’s economic empowerment, and highlighting women’s status within its entities. The study concluded that social and solidarity economy as a development model based on the philosophy of not exploiting people and prioritizes them over profit, its entities are considered as a vital actor in women’s economic empowerment and a framework for woman advancement by providing training, facilitating her access to decent work, encouraging participatory and democratic governance that may enable her participation in decision-making and encourage her to take leadership position, and also by providing access to affordable finance thus strengthening her financial inclusion.
