الملخص
تضطلع الجامعات بدور محوري في تنمية الفرد وتشكيل شخصيته المتكاملة، ليس فقط من خلال تقديم المعرفة، ولكن أيضًا عبر توظيفها في خدمة المجتمع وتحقيق التنمية المستدامة. لذلك هدفت هذه الدراسة لاستكشاف أهمية الشراكة الاجتماعية بين الجامعات والمجتمع، مع التركيز على آليات التعاون مع المؤسسات الحكومية والمجتمع المدني لتعزيز تكوين الباحثين في مجالات العلوم الإنسانية والاجتماعية. كما تناقش الدراسة دور هذه الشراكات في تزويد المجتمع بكفاءات مؤهلة تلبي متطلبات التطور المعرفي والتكنولوجي. ومن خلال تحليل دراسات أكاديمية حول الإنتاجية العلمية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس، أظهرت النتائج أن الشراكة الاجتماعية تسهم في تحسين الإنتاجية البحثية ودعم التنمية المستدامة، مما يستدعي توفير بيئة أكاديمية محفزة للبحث والتطوير. وبهذا، يمكن للجامعات تحقيق توازن فعال بين أهدافها الأكاديمية ومسؤولياتها المجتمعية، بما ينعكس إيجابيًا على التنمية الشاملة. Abstract: Universities play a pivotal role in individual development and the formation of a well-rounded personality, not only by imparting knowledge but also by applying it in service to society and sustainable development. Therefore, this study aims to explore the significance of social partnership between universities and the community, with a focus on collaboration mechanisms with governmental institutions and civil society to enhance the training of researchers in the humanities and social sciences. The study also examines the role of these partnerships in providing society with qualified professionals who meet the demands of knowledge and technological advancement. Through an analysis of academic studies on faculty research productivity, the findings indicate that social partnerships contribute to improving research output and fostering sustainable development. This underscores the necessity of creating an academic environment conducive to research and innovation. Accordingly, universities can achieve a strategic balance between their academic objectives and societal responsibilities, ultimately fostering comprehensive development.
