الملخص
ملخص: تعتبر الاستدامة المالية هاجسا حقيقيا للمؤسسات ذات المنفعة العامة أو المؤسسات الاقتصادية على حد سواء، ولذلك تتأكد الحاجة إلى استقطاب موارد مالية مستقرة ومتنوعة ومستدامة لضمان ديمومة النشاط والقدرة على المنافسة والابتكار، وهذا ما يخفف من عبء ميزانية الدولة؛ ومن هنا يحاول البحث إبراز دور الأوقاف التعليمية كمورد أساسي للمساهمة في الاستدامة المالية للمؤسسات التعليمية مع الإشارة إلى تجربة جامعة سليمان الراجحي الرائدة، حيث خلص البحث إلى أن الأوقاف التعليمية تشكل خياراً استراتيجياً يضمن للجامعات استدامة مالية واستقلالاً إدارياً يمكّنها من المنافسة، كما بيّن البحث أن تفعيل الأوقاف التعليمة يتطلب اجتهاداً شرعيّاً وإصلاحاً قانونياً وإدارة وقفية رشيدة ووعياً مجتمعياً واستثماراً مبتكراً يعزز دورها في التنمية المستدامة. Abstract: Financial sustainability is a pressing concern for both public-interest and economic institutions, making it essential to secure stable, diversified, and sustainable financial resources to ensure continuity, competitiveness, and innovation while easing the burden on state budgets. This study highlights the strategic role of educational awqaf (endowments) in supporting the financial sustainability of higher education institutions, focusing on the pioneering case of Suleiman Al-Rajhi University. The findings reveal that educational endowments provide universities with financial independence and long-term stability, and their effective activation requires sound legal frameworks, prudent management, societal awareness, and innovative investment aligned with sustainable development.
