Profit-Sharing partnerships are among the most flexible forms of Islamic financial transactions, making them a broad field for both practical application and jurisprudential reasoning. They can be effectively utilized to meet various social and economic needs within the framework of Sharia principles. Among Islamic financial contracts, Profit-Sharing is particularly adaptable to contemporary financial practices. Islam permits and encourages this contract to facilitate economic participation: the capital owner who lacks the skills to invest can benefit from the expertise of an agent who possesses the necessary skills but may lack capital. Through this collaboration, significant mutual benefits can be realized.
