Abstract
Abstract : The rapid integration of AI into workplaces has unveiled legal gaps as outdated labor laws struggle to address risks like algorithmic bias, unjust layoffs, and murky liability standards. Accelerated technological progress has outstripped traditional regulatory frameworks, leaving workers vulnerable to inequitable practices and ambiguous accountability in AI-driven decisions. This research underscores AI’s disruptive influence on labor dynamics, exposing how human-centric legal systems fail to govern automated processes, particularly in assigning responsibility for algorithmic outcomes. It advocates urgent reforms to modernize labor protections, emphasizing the need to redefine accountability and transparency in AI governance. Ultimately, legislative innovation is critical to bridge these gaps, ensuring equitable safeguards and adaptive liability norms in an era of workforce automation. ملخص: في مواجهة انتشار استخدام نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل أماكن العمل والتي فرضت العديد من التحديات القانونية، فإنه من الضروري إعادة التفكير في مدى نجاعة الأدوات القانونية المتاحة من أجل ضمان حماية العمال من غزو هذه الأنظمة ، حيث أدى ادماج نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي داخل أماكن العمل الى ابراز العديد من الثغرات القانونية الناجمة عن التفاوت بين التقدم التكنلوجي والآليات القانونية المخصصة لحماية حقوق العمال، تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز الابراز أهم التحديات القانونية التي تواجه علاقات العمل في ظل انتشار استخدام نظم الذكاء الاصطناعي وكذا تأثيرها المحتمل على حقوق العمال، وتخلص الى ضرورة تعديل الأطر القانونية الحالية للعمل المصممة لأماكن العمل المخصصة للبشر والتي أصبحت عاجزة عن التماشي مع التبعات القانونية للغزو الخوارزمي لمناصب العمل، بما يتماشى مع تطورات هذه الأنظمة ولا سيما فيما يتعلق بالمسؤولية الناجمة عنها.
