القانون والذكاء الإصطناعي:معايير المشروعية والمسؤولية

الملخص
ملخص:شهد العالم موجات تغير متلاحقة متسارعة لم يسبق لها مثيل، قوامها تقدم معرفي وعلمي وتقني؛ وقد كان للذكاء الإصطناعي الأثر الكبير على مختلف المجالات، ورغم أن القانون له العديد من الميزات والخصوصيات التي تتطلب تعامل العنصر البشري مع مختلف القضايا القانونية إلا أن الذكاء الإصطناعي إقتحم مجال القانون من خلال إمكانات هائلة في تحسين كفاءة الإجراءات القانونية وتقليل الفجوات الزمنية والتكاليف المرتبطة بها،غير أنه قد يحدث أضرارا تتطلب الحماية وكذا المسؤولية التي تقع على عاتقه، وإستخدام هذه التقنية يطرح هنا العديد من التحديات القانونية والأخلاقية المتعلقة بمشروعية استخدام هذه التقنية والمسؤوليات المرتبطة بها. نتناول في هذه الورقة البحثية معايير المشروعية والمسؤولية القانونية لاستخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في القانون. Abstract: The world has witnessed unprecedented, rapid, successive waves of change, based on cognitive, scientific and technical progress. Artificial intelligence has had a huge impact on various fields, Although the law has many features and characteristics that require the human element to deal with various legal issues, artificial intelligence has entered the field of law through tremendous potential in improving the efficiency of legal procedures and reducing the time gaps and costs associated with them. However, it may cause damage that requires protection, as well as the responsibility that falls on him, and the use of this technology raises many legal and ethical challenges related to the legality of using this technology and the responsibilities associated with it. In this research paper, we discuss the criteria for legality and legal responsibility for using artificial intelligence in law.
